Absolutely not. We invite you to use our service on a month-to- month or annual basis. Feel free to cancel your account before the next payment cycle if you feel our service does not suit your needs. However, we encourage you to contact us first to see if there’s anything we can do to rectify the situation.

I'd like to get a discount on your services. How can I do that?

If you'd like a discounted rate, you can select the annual option. If you pay for a year upfront, we’ll give you a minimum 15% discount, depending on your level of service. You can also receive a discount by bundling your email newsletter with one of our other great done-for- you services.

What is the newsletter mailing frequency?

Your newsletter will be mailed out on the first Tuesday of each month. Unfortunately, we do not offer custom distribution dates at this time.

How do I provide you with email address?

For the initial set-up, you can send a CSV file (or excel spreadsheet) to our secure site and we'll add your contacts to the email distribution system. Going forward you can login and add new contacts or send them monthly to our support team.

How much contact information do you need?

We only need the recipient’s name and email address.

Can I make modifications to my newsletter?

Yes, you can modify your newsletter as much as you like until the close date, which is the 20th day of each month. After that time, you cannot make changes. Please contact us @ 623-547- 5899 if you have an editing emergency.
