However, don’t try to sell directly using ads on Facebook. Instead, offer something of value for free, such as a “How To” eBook to get people to sign up for an email newsletter subscription and that helps to build your audience base and then it is possible to offer items for sale to them.


YouTube is best for those willing to make videos. This system can build up many followers organically if the videos are interesting. It’s generally considered easier to get video content to rank in online searches both on YouTube as well as Google since they own YouTube.


This social media system is for business people and professionals. Unlike other systems, there is a monthly subscription fee to gain full access to its members as well as other premium features. Sharing interests on social media about things related to real estate is a nice way to build up a following. Be consistent in posts so that they happen on a regular, frequent basis. Make sure the content is of high quality and appealing to the viewers. Dedicate enough time to let the audience grow and then reap the rewards in attention, influence, and perhaps more business if that is a goal.
